How To Set-Up Your Business Payroll Using GUSTO

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set up payroll for your business using Gusto, a popular payroll software:

  1. Go to Gusto’s website and click on “Get Started” to create a new account.

  2. Provide the necessary information, including your business name, email address, and password.

  3. Follow the prompts to complete your account setup, including verifying your email address and providing basic details about your business.

Step 2: Enter Your Company Information

  1. Once you have created an account, you will be prompted to enter your company information.

  2. This includes your company’s legal name, address, EIN (Employer Identification Number), and other relevant details.

  3. Follow the prompts to provide all the necessary information accurately.

Step 3: Add Employees (Add Yourself)

  1. After entering your company information, you can start adding employees to your Gusto account.

  2. Click on the “Employees” tab and then click on “Add Employee” to enter the details of each employee.

  3. Provide their personal information, tax withholding details, and other relevant information as requested.

Step 4: Set Up Payroll Schedule

  1. Next, you will need to set up your payroll schedule in Gusto.
